Terms & Conditions

  1. Learner’s training is done over 2-3 weeks and should be written and completed within 1
    months of signed date.
  2. Driver training is valid for 2 months; lessons not completed within this period will be lost
    and will not be refunded.
  3. Lessons can only be paused/temporarily stopped for 1 month from the date of notification.
  4. Lesson/s not cancelled in advance at least a day before (between 8h00-17h00 weekdays
    and 8h00-12h00 on Saturdays & not on Sundays and public holidays) either by telephone,
    WhatsApp or in person will be forfeited (lost) unless a doctor’s certificate or a reasonable
    written notice is produced for reasons of cancellation at short notice.
  5. The lesson/s will be cancelled and lost if you attend without your learner’s license and lessons will also be attended even when it rains unless cancelled by the office.
  6. You will be charged 1 lesson as a cancellation fee if a test gets cancelled on the day by
    you or the traffic department.
  7. Package training includes 22 lessons and 1 chance to hire the truck for testing in
    Polokwane once started cannot be converted back to hourly training & hourly training can be
    converted to package training before the 9th lesson.
  8. Paid for hourly training lessons cannot be converted into a truck hiring fee.
  9. The test booking receipt must be submitted to our office immediately after receiving the
    test date and time to avoid double bookings, failing which will result in being charged 2
    lessons for cancelling those who have already booked.
  10. Package training balance of payment must be paid before the 12th lesson or within 30
    days from the registration date depending on whichever comes first, and no test will be allowed until all payments are received.
  11. Code 10 remaining package lessons after the test can be completed with code 8
    vehicle
